1. Introduction

Welcome to Lopost! These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”, “T&C, “terms and/& Conditions”) govern your use of the Lopost mobile application ("the App"), website, content, products, and the services (collectively referred to as the “Services”) provided by Lopost Services Limited ("the Company", “Lopost” “Us”, “We”).

Lopost is a private limited liability company registered in Nigeria, with its principal place of business located at Abuja, Nigeria, registered under the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission with registration number: RC 6929824.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE APP AND/OR SERVICES.

2. Definitions

• "App" refers to the Lopost mobile application developed and provided by Lopost Limited.
• "Services" refers to the parcel drop-off and pick-up services facilitated by the Lopost App including any products, content and the Lopost Website.
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Lopost App.
• "Agent Location" refers to the designated physical locations where users can drop off parcels for pick-up.
• "Recipient" refers to the individual designated to receive a parcel dropped off at an Agent Location.
• “Reasonable Timeframe” refers to twenty-four to forty-eight hours.
• The terms "including" and "include" within these Terms mean "including, but not limited to."

3. Contractual Relationship

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“T&Cs”) govern the access and use of the Lopost mobile application ("the App") provided by Lopost Services Limited ("the Company"). By accessing or using the Lopost App, which is only available in Nigeria at the moment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute a contractual relationship between you and Lopost Services Limited. If you do not agree to all or any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use the App.
